I have a potential client who wants to upgrade current systems (separate Accounting, Inventory, Payroll, etc) into an ERP. Nothing too hard there. However, they are in the Health field, use a patient management system, and insist it remains. 

Does anyone know of a business solution that might "back end" effectively to a patient management system ? 
Alternately is there an ERP out there with a patient management module ?
